Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND) and Inclusion

Crofton Hammond is a two form, mainstream Junior School and is committed to SEND (special educational needs and disability) and inclusivity. We strive for the fullest development of each individual  on all areas of school life, social, moral, intellectual, physical, spiritual and emotional. SEND provision is made for those children who are experiencing difficulties as defined in the current Code of Practice and SEND documentation.
Our SENCO is Mr Andy Loneragan. He can be contacted via the SENCO inbox at senco@croftonhammond-jun.hants.sch.uk, appointments can be made at the school office or on 01329 664451.

The Hampshire SEN Service is dedicated to supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The SEN Service help line for parents is open from 9.15am to 4.45pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.15am to 4.15pm on Friday. If you have concerns about your child, please contact the school in the first instance. The EP service can provide additional advice and signposting. The telephone contact line is available to all parents and carers the contact telephone number is 023 9244 1496. Lines are open from Tuesday 3-4.30pm and Thursday 9.30-11am.
