Welcome to our home learning pages. These areas are updated regularly so please ensure you check the folders frequently with additional ideas on how to support your child at home.
During lockdown (Jan 21) your child’s class teacher will be setting work on google classroom, this is scheduled on a day to day basis (English, Maths and Foundation subjects each day). The class teachers will be monitoring and responding to children on weekdays and ensure children are engaging in the work set.
Critical workers will be completing the days work, whilst in school.
If you have concerns regarding the technology, devices or internet access please contact the school and we will try and help.
Please be aware teachers will be less active on their ‘Critical Worker’ rota day, please see the ‘daily snippets’ for the rota.
Whole school folder
The whole school section contains activities and resources for all areas of the curriculum, as well as special educational needs intervention support (SEND) and social, emotional and mental health resources and activities. The area is designed to supplement the work and interventions completed with your child.
Year group folders
Each year group folder provides work specifically for the year group.
The home learning document signposts you to useful websites, which will support home learning opportunities.
Communicating with staff if required to work from home
We understand that learning at home is difficult but hope that all children will work as hard as they can in the circumstances. Please remember children can send in completed work, receive feedback and communicate with their class teacher via the together email account (email@example.com) and google classroom. If you have any concerns or queries the school office is open (8.30am to 4.30pm) so please ring or email.
